This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel or request a refund for products purchased through our Platform.
Cancellations will only be accepted if requested within 7 days of placing the order. However, if your order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery, the cancellation request cannot be accepted. In such cases, you may refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep.
Corporate Lady Western Dress does not accept cancellation requests for customized or made-to-order garments. However, refunds or replacements may be considered if you can establish that the product delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described.
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be processed after inspection and verification. If you feel the product differs from what was displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the order. The team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision.
For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.
If a refund is approved by Corporate Lady Western Dress, it may take up to 7 business days to process the refund to your original payment method.
